 FAQs

  • We do! Since we went to the University of Utah and Aaron is from Idaho, we are frequently out west visiting friends and family! Our travel fees depend on the location. For places requiring a flight, we require a minimum of 3 nights stay to alleviate any potential travel hiccups that are out of our control before the event. (Ex: We would fly in on Thursday for a Saturday wedding).

    Driving out-of-state in New England and New York, we require 2 nights stay (the night before and after the event).

    We can give you an estimate for travel once you inquire! :)

  • Second shooters are not included in any of the base packages but can be added to all packages!

  • YES! An engagement session is included in every wedding photography package! These are a great way for us to get to know each other, as well as have you go into your wedding day confident that you’ll love your photo gallery!

  • ABSOLUTELY! We would love to be at the start of this journey with you! Head over to our “Photoshoot” page and fill out our form there!

  • While we do not offer solely film packages, 35mm film and/or Super footage can be added to any package!

    Please let us know if you're interested in film during our consultation call & we can create a custom package for you!

  • We do not offer prints, BUT you can print all your photos directly from our digital gallery! If you decide to print your photos elsewhere, please make sure to only print the high resolution version of the images.

  • Photo galleries will be delivered 8-12 weeks after your event. Your wedding film will be delivered within 8 months of your event.

  • Life happens - we get it! We will try our best to accommodate to your new wedding date! Be sure to let us know as soon as possible if you are thinking about changing dates. We typically book 1-1.5 years out for weddings and 4-6 months for elopements but reserve a hand-full of dates for emergencies.

  • Yes, absolutely! If your venue requires all vendors to have general liability insurance, let us know and we will send ours over!

  • You photo package includes a high-resolution digital gallery with 700-1,400 photos - both color and B&W images.

    We offer a variety of video deliverable, but our standard package is a 4-8 minute 4k highlight film. Additional films can be added to your package!

  • When you book photo and video, we always bring our drone to events. Aaron is a licensed drone pilot, but receiving drone footage depends on the location (whether drones are allowed there), the weather, and the artistic discretion of our videographer. If this is something that is very important to you, please let us know!

  • I had the pleasure of working with Victoria after postponing my wedding a whole year. She was so flexible and easy going with our delay, and I am so happy she took the time to wait for us. On the day of the wedding she was punctual, engaged, and just so much fun to be around (huge perk on your special yet chaotic day). She was able to get the most amazing photos in just a short amount of time during cocktail hour (30 minutes tops). That way we were able to enjoy the limited time we actually had! At the reception she was present yet reserved, not making us feel uncomfortable with a camera in our faces the whole time.
